Jess Wright’s story

“After university I worked for a high street retailer, but I wanted career progression so I joined Wine Rack. I’m based in Bristol but I do have the opportunity to move around the country. If you join the company but don’t have an interest in wine, it won’t take you long to discover that passion and it’s formalised through WSET and the Wine School. We work hard and play hard - it’s an informal, fun culture. There’s lots of benefits like team building at Centre Parks and supplier funded nights out.
