Q: When do I make a payment?
A: When we receive your order. We’ll email you your order details and link to our payment page. You can pay with most major credit or debit cards.
Q: Where does my site content come from?
A: From you. You write the pages, email the text to us, we build them into your site.
Q: Can I include pictures?
A: Yes, a maximum of one per page. You can email them with your text.
Q: Will I have to pay any more than £99.00
A: No. For a basic MagnesiuMini site, it’s a one off payment.
Q: Can I update the site myself?
A: Yes. You will receive a login username and password to enable you to update your site as often as you want.
Q: Why doesn’t my site have a .com or .net address.
A: For the basic £99.00 package we provide you with the address generated by our service. If you would like to use a different domain, we can arrange this for you or you can purchase one elsewhere and point it to your new site. We’ll happily send you details on how to do this.
Q: Does the site belong to me?
A: Yes. It is hosted by us but it’s all yours!
Q: Can I include adult content.
A: We have no objection to mainstream, legal, adult content. But it’s not possible to allow it on this service. Racist, violent or offensive material is also forbidden.
Q: Will my site be in Google.
A: We will submit your site to Google once. From there it’s up to Google and we can’t make any guarantees. Sorry.
Q: I don’t like the style I’ve chosen. Can I change it.
A: Yes. But this usually involves a fee. Please choose carefully.
Q: Are there any other styles I can see?
A: Most people find a style they like in our gallery. If you want something specific, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
Q: Can I edit the code of my site?
A: Not really. This is more of a ‘build and go’ service. If coding is your thing, you probably want one of our other services.

A: No problem. Just drop us a line by email and we’ll get back to you. We promise.
