Terms & conditions
By ordering a MagnesiumMini website you agree to be bound by the following
terms and conditions:
1. You are purchasing this site for yourself and are not reselling the site to any third party individual or organisation.
2. Your site features no illegal, racist, violent or offensive content nor does it link to any such content. Legal sexual content is not permitted at this time.
3. We aim to have your site live within three working days but in some circumstances this may not be possible and we will notify you of any delay. Therefore we make no absolute guarantees of timescale. Please notify us if you have an absolute deadline for your site to be live.
4. Under no circumstances can your site be published before receipt of your £99.00 fee.
5. Payment should be made by PayPal. If you would prefer an alternative payment method, please inform us. Cheques must clear before any site is published.
6. Once published we undertake to make one set of reasonable amends, Further amends may well be chargeable at our current development rates.
7. You must provide your own site content. Magnesium undertakes no responsibility for inaccuracy in your content or any situations which may result from such inaccuracies. Please check your content before submitting it.
8. While your site is hosted on robust and reliable servers, we cannot make any guarantees of uptime or availability.
9. We make no guarantees of your site’s ranking in any search engine.
10. Once you have selected your site style, the only option to change is to order a new site at £99.00.
11. Site styles are fixed, If you wish a style to be adapted design fees will apply.
12. Once your site is live, you may log-in and make any amends you wish. However if these amends contravene point 2, we reserve the right to delete your site without refund or notice.
13. You may upgrade your site to any of our other packages and we will be happy to provide a quote on receipt of your details.
14. You may not download or copy any site style to resell without our written permission.
15. Your site’s address will have a suffix (the part after the dot) generated by our service. If you would like a .com .net .co.uk or .org suffix a further charge will apply.
