

Managers’ training programme
All new Wine Rack Managers will receive a six week Branch Manager Development Programme supported by a Centre of Excellence Trainer and their District Manager.
This scheme includes a highly interactive, informative three day residential workshop designed to give the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to effectively manage a Wine Rack store.
The programme is a blend of self learning and workshop based development around the following key areas:
Management Accountabilities | Communication | Recruitment | Cash & Stock Management Finance (P & L, KPI’s) | People Management | Disciplinary | Customer Service
The programme has a structured approach to development, with the flexibility to adapt to suit the needs of individual and their past experience and current knowledge.
